Delivery time

  • When will I receive my order?

    We work hard to ensure that you receive your ordered products as quickly as possible. However, the estimated delivery date and time can vary based on the following factors:

    Availability

    The expected delivery date and time is partly dependent on the availability of our articles.

    Shipping type

    Ordered a pallet shipment? This can take longer than a regular box shipment.

    Delivery address

    The delivery address, country and postal code that you have selected can affect delivery time.

    Dangerous goods

    Items classified as dangerous goods can cause longer delivery times.

    We will display your expected delivery date so you know when you can expect your order.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can follow the journey of your order and stay-up-to-date with the latest estimated delivery date and time in the “shipping information” section of your personal account.

    If the track and trace code is not displayed in your “shipping information” page, please send us a service request and one of our friendly ICS staff members will be happy to help.

  • I haven’t received my order yet. What do I do?

    When your order is dispatched from our warehouse we will send you a shipment confirmation via e-mail. You can then follow your order on the “shipping information” page of your personal account. The expected delivery date is displayed so you will know when you can expect your order.

  • Which carrier will deliver my order?

    The delivery method for your order will depend on the shipping destination.

Shipping costs

  • How much are the order and shipping costs?

    Please refer to the shipping costs for your location to view the corresponding order and shipping costs for your order.

    In case of partial deliveries, order and shipping costs on the total value of the order will only be charged on first part delivery.

Pick up order

  • Is it possible to pick up the order myself?

    Our fully automated ordering and packing system can only deliver via mail or by a carrier. Because of this process it unfortunately is not possible to pick up your order in person.

Received items

  • I haven’t received all of the items I ordered?

    If you haven’t received all of your ordered items, please get in touch with us via a Service Request.

    You can find the Manco form on our web shop. Please log in and go to 'My account'. Select 'Service Request' and create a new Service Request.

Drop Shipment

  • What is Drop Shipment?

    Drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method which enables you to buy products from NEDIS and have them shipped directly to your customer. NEDIS will serve as a service partner.

  • How do I place a Drop Shipment order?

    Benefiting from NEDIS’ drop shipment service is a breeze – simply follow these 6 easy steps:

    1. Product selection: Place the products you’d like to order in your shopping cart
    2. Cart: Select your shopping cart by navigating to the top right-hand corner of the screen
    3. Checkout: Carefully check the order and proceed to checkout
    4. Delivery address: Select the “send to my client” option and enter the delivery address of your customer
    5. Reference: You can leave a reference for your customer here
    6. Complete order: Confirm your order and the package will be delivered directly to your customer
