  • How can I place an order?

    You can place an order with us 24 hours a day/7 days per week online via our easy-to-use web shop. Simply navigate to webshop.nedis.com

    To make ordering even easier, we have two additional ordering options on the web shop:

    1. Quick Order: Already know the article numbers and quantity of the products you wish to order? Great! Simply select the Quick Order option on our web shop and follow these 3 simple steps:

    1. Fill in the NEDIS part and reference number
    2. Indicate the quantity you wish to order
    3. Add the products to the cart and proceed with checkout

    2. CSV: Our CSV option allows you to upload your own product file directly and quickly to our web shop. Simply upload your product file, add the uploaded products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

    Another quick and easy order option NEDIS offers is an Electronic Order:

    NEDIS Connect: Using this system you can automate orders towards NEDIS, without using our website for order entry. With the Electronic Data Interchange system of NEDIS (NEDIS Connect) it is possible to fuel your web shop / ERP or POS systems with NEDIS’ article data feeds. (Nedis Connect is not available to all customers, only those with potentially large spend). By using our e-mail order format, you can forward your orders automatically to NEDIS. NEDIS will receive these and process them as always. This saves time on your side while reducing error margins.For more information contact your NEDIS Account Manager or e-mail us at ecommerce@nedis.com.

    EDI: If you already have an EDI connection you can also connect it to our backend systems. Currently we offer the following EDI messages: Product Data, ORDER, ORDRSP, DESADV and INVOICE. Our EDI Partner Onetrail will make sure you can send and receive all messages in the format you desire via one of our secure connections.     You can also order at NEDIS using the NEDIS scan-to-order app.

    Scan-to-order app: While using the NEDIS scan-to-order app you are able to place orders by scanning the barcode of a product with your smartphone or tablet. It allows you to order directly when you walk through your store or warehouse.

  • How do I order something via the NEDIS web shop?

    The following steps will walk you through getting started on the NEDIS web shop and placing your order.

    1. Create your free account or login
    2. Navigate through the assortment or search for a product in the search bar
    3. Select the product(s) that you’d like to order
    4. Indicate the quantity you’d like to purchase
    5. Click “Add to cart”
    6. Once you’ve added the products you’d like to purchase, navigate to the right-hand side of the screen and click on the cart icon
    7. Carefully check your order and make changes if necessary. Have a voucher code? Enter it here! When you’re done, select ‘’Proceed to checkout’’
    8. Select the shipping address and transport mode, accept the terms and select ‘’Send order’’
    9. Congratulations, your order has been placed! You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation of your order


  • How do I use a voucher code?

    You can redeem the voucher code in your shopping cart. After entering the voucher code and clicking the button “apply code” you see if your voucher code is valid. If so, your shopping cart will be updated automatically and the discount will be deducted from the total amount. Please note that per order only one voucher code can be used.

Changing an order

  • Can I change an order once it’s been placed?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change your order once it’s been placed. Why? When you place an order via the web shop, our fully automated system immediately collects the products in our state-of-the-art warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery.

Cancel an order

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Orders placed via our web shop cannot be cancelled. However, if you no longer wish to require the ordered items, you can return the items to us. Upon receiving the returned items, we will refund you based on the terms found in our return policy.

NEDIS scan-to-order-app

  • How do I place an order using the NEDIS scan-to-order app?

    Once you have installed the NEDIS scan-to-order app, you can start ordering immediately. Use the app to scan the barcode of the product you would like to order and the product is automatically added to your shopping cart. Then all you need to do, is enter the desired number and complete the order.

Merge shopping carts and order lines

  • How do I merge my shopping carts?

    Do you work with multiple shopping carts? We give you the option to merge your shopping carts. By doing this you can create one complete order that can be paid and sent at once.

    Via “My Account” you can access your shopping carts. Here you can find an overview of all your active and parked shopping carts, merge your shopping carts or make parked shopping carts active.

  • How do I merge my order lines?

    When your active shopping cart contains multiple order lines for the same product, an alert will pop-up, giving you the opportunity to merge the order lines. This will give you a much clearer overview of your order and you may benefit from quantity discounts.
