  • What is an RMA?

    RMA stands for Return Material Authorization. An RMA is part of the process of the return of a product to a seller. Simply put, it’s an arrangement in which NEDIS may agree/disagree to have a client ship an item back in exchange for a credit note.

    We distinguish two types of RMAs: Commercial and Technical. Commercial RMAs cover returns due to ordering the incorrect product(s) or quantity of products. A Technical RMA covers returns due to technical defects.

     

  • How do I create an RMA?

    Creating an RMA is simple. After logging into your account, follow these easy steps:

    1. From 'My Account' select 'Returns (RMA)' and create a new return request within 10 days of ordering goods
    2. Complete the form in full
    3. We’ll send you a notification and confirmation of your RMA request
    4. If your RMA request is approved, you’ll receive an RMA number. Please return the articles in damage-proof package and to speed up the process, including this RMA number on the package.
  • Can I return my received items?

    Yes! If you wish to return the delivered items via a Commercial RMA, please get in touch with us by requesting an RMA. You can do this easily via your online account within 5 working days of receiving your order.

    Note: Products that are custom made or ordered specifically at your request cannot be returned. If you’d like to learn more about returns, please visit our return policy.

  • Are there costs associated with returning a product?

    No costs are associated with an approved Technical RMA. We aim to verify whether the product is defect and under warranty as indicated by the RMA request you sent within 10 working days of receiving the returned product(s).

    Some costs are incurred with approved Commercial RMAs We’ll send you a credit note of 80% of the charged net sales price, minus the shipment costs, after having received and checked the returned products.

  • Can I exchange my received items?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the items that you have received.

  • How long will it take to process my return?

    We aim to inform you about the decision to process our credit note or replacement product(s) within 10 working days of receiving the returned product(s).
